If you want to find the best place to get your engagement ring in Hatton Garden, then don't even think about it and go to Diamond Palace!I had the best experience thanks to Sheila. She was very patient and explained everything to me (I knew nothing and my fiance decided it was best for to me to pick the ring I wanted). I opted for a lab diamond and honestly I have not stopped staring at my ring. We spoke about what style I wanted after she showed me numerous designs, we picked all the specs with my budget in mind and at no time did I ever feel pressured into my decision or to spend extra money.I was able to see the diamond before it was set and I was blown away by its beauty - Sheila really picked me something special and so so sparkly.The whole experience was amazing. I chose to use Diamond Palace after consultations with several others in Hatton Garden.After briefing them on my design they provided exceptional customer service, sharing their expertise, attention to detail and advice to help create a custom designed engagement ring that perfectly realised my idea at a fair price. The quality of their work is outstanding and working with them is a pleasure.I have since used them for multiple other pieces including a wedding ring and some smaller pieces, and every time they have been fantastic in their support and professionalism. I can’t recommend Diamond Palace enough.Professional service from start to finish, expert advice and honest guidance. The team take extra time to understand your preferences whilst educating you along the way which allows you to make more informed choices.Sheila was extremely patient, flexible and meticulous during the design process and even more so when selecting the perfect diamond. Not at any time did I feel pressured or short of time which made the whole process a pleasure. Herself and Tania really went above and beyond to ensure that the ring was ready on time, even working out of hours.A refreshing service compared to that experienced in other jewellers in the local area. I had an excellent experience at Diamond Palace finding an engagement ring. Tania gave great service throughout and really made me feel confident about the decisions I was making.What stood out was how helpful the team were and they never pressured me into a sale. I visited three to four times before making a final decision and each time they spent time to help me understand options. Sheila at Diamond Palace honestly, the best!I booked an appointment online after a family recommendation, Sheila met with me, educated, and then helped me source a rather difficult stone (in fact, she found multiple!) After hours of deliberation, we settled on the perfect stone for a very complex ring design.Next up - the design process. Sheila perfectly created what I was after and shared this to me initially as a 3D render, and then a 3D resin. A few queries and recommendations from Sheila, and we had our final engagement ring. Sheila was so receptive to change requests and questions - often coming back to me out of hours too. Brilliant service.I would highly recommend Sheila to anybody who's in the unknown waters of an engagement ring, or any jewellery in fact. We will be back for our wedding bands, and also any future jewellery we need.Thanks so much again Sheila!

Diamond Palace is the only place on Hatton Garden you should go to. Period.They are beyond excellent in every regard. Extremely friendly, trustworthy, willing to spend as much time as needed to walk you through your purchase (engagement ring or otherwise), very communicative (WhatsApp’ing with me constantly), extremely flexible, and excellent when it comes to finding you the best possible price. They truly went above and beyond, and were by far the best jewellers I dealt with.A huge shoutout to Martin - truly one of kind in terms of customer service and just generally being a great, kind dude to help you with finding/designing something special.0 complaints at all, love these folks! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

110% would recommend!A couple of months ago I purchased an engagement ring for my fiancé from Diamond Palace in Hatton Garden. To say I was a novice in diamonds and jewellery in general would be an understatement, and having looked in a few windows with a colleague of mine yielding a few brief conversations outside a couple of other establishments en route, the decision to take a turn down Greville St and ‘window shop’ Diamond Palace’s display proved to be the best decision I could have made that afternoon.From the moment Sheila popped her head out to ask if she could help us with anything, to the moment we left a couple of hours later having ordered the ring, I was made to feel at ease and was comprehensively walked through every stage of the process. Sheila took the time to ask all the right questions about my then-girlfriend, and listened attentively to the type of cut that I was looking for, and offered extensive guidance on the most suitable stone for the cut and setting. From there she helped to design and create the perfect ring. My fiancé absolutely loves it.I was working to particularly tight timelines before going on holiday where I was looking to pop-the-question, and Diamond Palace were able to accommodate these perfectly, providing transparent updates throughout.I honestly could not speak more highly of the level of assistance provided by Sheila and her colleagues throughout the process of creating the engagement ring, but even more so with the quality of the “after-sale” customer service.Sheila was always quick to respond to any query that either myself or my fiancé raised, willing to help in whatever way she could whether it be guidance on maintaining and cleaning the ring, or even inviting us back to re-size of the ring for the second time - we were experiencing some particularly warm weather at the time!! It is this kind of loyalty and bespoke service when the transaction has already been “fulfilled” that has really impressed us, and I would not hesitate to recommend to any of my friends.We will be back for the wedding bands in early 2024, and I’m sure Diamond Palace will be my first port of call for any other special gifts in the future!Thanks once again and I look forward to seeing you early next year!

I brought it in and they did an AMAZING job at resizing (it is flawless) and gave it the clean of its life, it’s so shiny, it looks brand new! A few weeks ago I set off to Hatton Gardens to find an engagement ring so I could ask my (then) girlfriend to marry me. I happened to stumble upon Diamond Palace and am so thrilled I did. From the moment I walked in I was made to feel really comfortable and didn’t feel any pressure to commit to anything whatsoever. I spent a good two hours with Peter talking about my partner, what she does, what sort of jewellery she likes, what her interests are… he put such a great amount of effort in figuring out what ring would suit her and talking through different options with me. I bought an Engagement ring from Diamond palace and I was very impressed by their customer service. They were friendly, helpful and professional. They showed me a wide range of beautiful rings. I went in with not much of an idea of what I wanted but Peter helped me choose the perfect ring for my budget and taste. They also offered me a free cleaning and resizing service. The ring arrived in a lovely box with a certificate of authenticity. My fiance was stunned when I proposed and shows the ring off to everyone, she cant stop smiling. I would highly recommend Diamond palace to anyone looking for quality jewellery and excellent service.

Easily the best jewellery shop in London. I can truthfully say the experience from start to finish that Martin offered was incredible. He was so knowledgeable, so helpful and so patient. The service, reliability and attention to detail from Martin, Tania and Sheila is the best we have experienced in Hatton Garden (having been to 6 or 7 different jewellers). Martins recommendations are also very thoughtful and relevant as he puts a lot of effort into understanding exactly what you want (even when you don’t really know yourself)! We’ll be back for sure. My fiancé and I had a fantastic experience at diamond palace, and would highly recommend this place. Tim was not only able to source us the perfect Debeers forevermark diamond but also was able to set it in the intricate setting I wanted. Given the design I was initially concerned that any jeweller may find it difficult to execute it the way I wanted it and that communicating the nuances would require a lot of back and forth. However, with Tim in charge it was unbelievably easy. We were both thrilled with the end result. Thanks to Diamond Palace and Tim, for helping us find the THE perfect stone and ring.
