Processing Time

Ready to Ship pieces are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days. Made to Order and bespoke designs are handcrafted in our Hatton Garden workshop and usually require 3–5 weeks for production.

Insured Delivery

Every order is fully tracked and insured from our workshop to your door. UK orders are shipped via FedEx Next Working Day Delivery once dispatched and require a signature upon delivery.

Returns

Ready to Ship jewellery may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided it is unworn and returned in its original condition. Made-to-order, bespoke, engraved and resized pieces are non-returnable unless a manufacturing fault is identified.
