Welcome to our store
Lifetime Manufacturer's Warranty
If you have any concerns regarding your jewellery, we recommend bringing the piece to our store or sending it back to us via post for inspection by our production team. To arrange an appointment, please email us at hello@diamondpalace.co.uk or call us at 020 7242 3015. If your item is determined to have a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it accordingly.
If the damage is not attributed to a manufacturing fault, we will provide guidance on our repair services.
When purchasing diamond or gemstone jewellery, it's important to note that both naturally occurring and lab-grown stones may contain inclusions, variations in colour, size, shape, and other unique characteristics. During your consultation, our gemologists will discuss these details with you in depth and typically alert you to such features. We take pride in our transparency, and our trained gemologists will always provide you with precise information regarding the characteristics and quality of the diamond you're acquiring, as outlined in its GIA or IGI certificate. These characteristics are not considered defects.
As creators of handcrafted jewellery, each piece may exhibit minor inconsistencies and irregularities compared to another. Variations in craftsmanship are not considered defects.
Normal day-to-day activities and potential trauma can lead to wear on your jewellery. We do not offer a warranty for repair, replacement, or refund in the case of normal wear or stone loss. If you notice a loose stone, please bring your jewellery in for inspection.
Our warranty does not extend to cover theft or loss. Therefore, we strongly recommend selecting an appropriate insurance plan to safeguard your item. Please refer to our insurance advice for further guidance.
Conditions of the Manufacturer’s Warranty
In addition to the previously mentioned conditions, please take note of the following stipulations:
Diamond Palace’s Manufacturer’s Warranty is exclusively available to the owner of the item and applies solely to Diamond Palace-made items.
Any modifications performed by jewellers other than Diamond Palace will nullify your warranty.
You are required to have your jewellery serviced by Diamond Palace at least once every year. Regular inspections are likely to prevent potential issues from arising in the future.
We suggest arranging an inspection promptly following any trauma to your jewellery. While the necessary repair may not fall under the warranty coverage, we will advise you on the most suitable course of action.
Our aftercare includes complimentary deep cleaning and comprehensive checkover services for your item. We recommend availing of this service annually to preempt any problems.
Defects that arise while the item is in your possession are not covered. Please be aware that exposure to certain chemicals may cause discolouration, claws can become caught and misshapen, and stones may fall out when prongs are loosened, among other everyday issues. It's important to familiarise yourself with the best practices for caring for your jewellery or contact us at hello@diamondpalace.co.uk for guidance.
Complimentary Cleaning and Inspection Services for Diamond Rings
We advise having your ring cleaned and inspected annually or following any potential trauma, such as accidental knocks. Regular inspections may help prevent stone loss and prolong the lifespan of your jewellery. This cleaning and inspection service is provided at no cost to all UK-based Diamond Palace customers for their Diamond Palace jewellery. Customers are only responsible for shipping costs, including necessary insurance to cover the full value while in transit, and Diamond Palace covers the return shipping. Repairs to your ring mounting can also be conducted during this time. Alternatively, customers may visit our store - please email info@queensmith.co.uk to schedule a convenient time slot.
Insurance
We strongly recommend insuring your jewellery in addition to our warranty. While several insurers offer adequate coverage, we endorse TH March. To arrange coverage with TH March, call 01822 855 555 or visit their website www.thmarch.co.uk. Our jewellery reference number is AH750T. Alternatively, you may opt to add your jewellery to your home contents insurance. When insuring your item, ensure it is on a like-for-like basis.
