Diamonds obtained through such unethical practices are often referred to as "blood diamonds" or "conflict diamonds." These diamonds originate from areas where profits fund illegitimate wars and violence. Initiatives in the 2000s aimed to address this issue, but challenges remain in ensuring all diamonds are ethically sourced.

Our exclusive network of diamond suppliers such as Forevermark and Canada Mark upholds a stringent chain of custody protocol for their diamonds, enabling them to trace and separate diamonds based on their origin.

These suppliers are mandated to procure diamonds sourced from designated mine operations or countries that have shown a dedication to adhering to internationally recognized labor, trade, and environmental regulations.

Furthermore, we offer lab-grown and recycled diamonds, both of which do not require new mining efforts.

Lab Grown Diamonds

Thanks to modern technology, we now have Grown Diamonds as an option to engagement rings. These diamonds are cultivated in controlled lab environments, replicating the natural diamond formation process that typically spans billions of years within the Earth's mantle. Being 100% authentic and identical to their natural counterparts, many engagement ring shoppers view lab diamonds as the logical preference, especially considering their typical 60% to 80% lower price tag attributed to streamlined production processes.
