Lead Time

Each ring is made-to-order just for you. Please allow 4-6 weeks from initial consultation to complete and delivery of your ring. To confirm lead time on each special item please email us at hello@diamondpalace.co.uk

Shipping

All rings include overnight fully insured shipping. Once your ring is ready, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Signature is required upon delivery. For more information on shipping click here.

Warranty

Diamond Palace offers a complimentary lifetime warranty on all Bespoke pieces. This warranty includes any quality issues that arise from a manufacturing defect, including loose diamonds or loose prongs, and missing pavé stones. The warranty does not cover issues that arise from normal wear and tear, including but not limited to: scratches, dents, misshapen bands, or cracked stones. Lost or stolen pieces are also not covered by warranty. 

 Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your ready-made engagement ring. We reserve the right to reject the return or deduct any amount for any damages on the ring if it is not in acceptable condition upon return.
