Sheila at Diamond Palace honestly, the best!

I booked an appointment online after a family recommendation, Sheila met with me, educated, and then helped me source a rather difficult stone (in fact, she found multiple!) After hours of deliberation, we settled on the perfect stone for a very complex ring design. Next up - the design process. Sheila perfectly created what I was after and shared this to me initially as a 3D render, and then a 3D resin. A few queries and recommendations from Sheila, and we had our final engagement ring. Sheila was so receptive to change requests and questions - often coming back to me out of hours too. Brilliant service. I would highly recommend Sheila to anybody who's in the unknown waters of an engagement ring, or any jewellery in fact. We will be back for our wedding bands, and also any future jewellery we need.

Amazing! Can't recommend highly enough. Like so many, I didn't know where to start with buying an engagement ring and ended up in Mayfair looking at rings that would have been a stretch (to say the least). Sheila was amazing in designing and talking through the options and after a short wait the ring was ready. It honestly looks like it could be 5x the price and am so, so, happy I ended up walking through the door! Thank you!

An amazing service from Sheila, she properly sat down and took her time to explain all the elements that make up a diamond and the band design.
